What is not permitted is to resell or distribute the embedded content and content purchased in RL Content Store or Marketplace. I was considering buying Character Creator 3.x with the discount but unfortunately the EULA states that for each game created using its characters a written license from Reallusion is required, maybe I read it wrong but it should be free, right? Anyway if that is the case and it is free then why not just remove the need for users to request a written license for each published game just like with other similar software packages allow to ? It is not that clear if the characters generated are then royalty free or not and if Reallusion could refuse giving license to use in any game then.
